On June 18, Qin Baoqiang, deputy secretary of the Luohe Municipal Party Committee and mayor, presided over a symposium, met with the chairman of Zhongke Qicheng Co., Ltd. who visited Luohe, and conducted in-depth communication on matters related to the construction of a degradable new material industrial park project . Deputy Mayor Men Shi and Secretary of the District Party Committee Li Xinwei attended.
The degradable new material industrial park project is invested and constructed by Zhongke Xintou (Luohe) New Material Co., Ltd., which is jointly invested and established by Luohe Development and Investment Group, Longsheng Group in Yancheng District, and Zhongke Qicheng Co., Ltd. Zhongke Qicheng Co., Ltd. mainly cooperates with the Chinese Academy of Sciences to transform and apply the research results of academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to the project. It has the main control right of the upstream raw materials of PBAT (coal chemical raw materials), and the technology is very mature. PBAT has a good development prospect as an environmental protection material.
Qin Baoqiang pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the project construction, actively play the role of the government platform, fully develop the market, and accelerate the formation of degradable new material industry clusters to provide impetus for the development of Luohe's new material industry.
