    He is an expert of the National Expert Committee for Guidance and Coordination of New Materials Industry, Vice Chairman of China Degradable Plastics Committee, Chairman of Environmentally Friendly Materials Branch of China Synthetic Resin Industry Association, Secretary General of Green Packaging Branch of China Environmental Protection Society, an expert enjoying special allowance of the State Council Government, and an elite entrepreneurial talent of Taizhou 500. He is engaged in the research of process plastics, antibacterial materials, degradable plastics, etc. He has presided over dozens of scientific and technological projects such as the National High Technology Industrialization Project and National Key 863 Project. He has published nearly 100 scientific papers in famous academic journals at home and abroad, written a monograph on "Antibacterial Materials", obtained more than 30 national invention patents and 5 international patents, developed 3 national key new products, and presided over the formulation of many ISO, national and industry standards. He has received many awards, including the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress, Liu Yongling Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Peugeot Province, and the Award of Science and Technology Achievement of Peugeot Province. He received the First Prize of CAS Science and Technology for Development Award in 2015, the First Prize of China Industry-University-Research Promotion Innovation Achievement in 2016, and the Second Prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award in 2017.  

      Bo Lu is a senior engineer at the National Center for Process Plastics, Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

      He is mainly engaged in the research of process plastics modification, modification of degradable materials and development of degradable material products, and participates in the policy formulation and interpretation of the work on the ban of plastic in Hainan Province and the development of plastic products in Hainan Province. He has published more than ten academic papers and applied for more than two dozen patents.

      Mr. Zhang Hao is a professor-level senior engineer and the recipient of special allowance from the State Council. He graduated from Qingdao Institute of Chemical Technology, majoring in chemical automation, and served as assistant engineer of the main factory of Jinan Yuxing Chemical Factory, engineer of the energy management section, deputy director of the mechanical power division, director of the measurement and control division (senior engineer), deputy director of the main factory production and operation (executive), and director of the main factory. He has been engaged in the chemical industry of chromium chemistry, titanium dioxide, phosphate fertilizer and sulfuric acid for more than 20 years. Later, he served as deputy general manager of peaking peaks and peaks Huatian Technology Co. Ltd. (a listed company); Assistant General Manager of China Blue Star Group Corporation, General Manager of Blue Star Synthetic Materials Division (concurrently); Deputy General Manager of China Blue Star Group Corporation; Deputy General Manager of China National Chemical Corporation; Director and Deputy General Manager of Qenos Corporation of Australia; General Manager of China National Chemical Gas Development Center, He is also the Deputy Director of the Planning and Development Department of China National Chemical Corporation (full rank); Deputy General Manager of China National Chemical Asset Management Co.

      Wu Ru Zhou is the Chairman and General Manager of Qingdao Xinyu Zizhihua Co. He has been engaged in the chemical industry for nearly 50 years and has a precise grasp of the market trends and technological development of the industry. Since its establishment, Mr. Wu has effectively integrated resources, insisted on the industrial layout of "integration of trade and industry" and "diversification", and established subordinate companies and joint ventures in Qingdao, Wenzhou, Fujian and Shaoxing.
