On March 6, the signing ceremony of Luohe Development and Investment Group, Yancheng District People's Government and Zhongke Qicheng Project was held in the conference hall of the municipal government.
The Luohe Zhongke Qicheng Biodegradable New Material Industrial Park project will introduce experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences to improve the application and research of degradable new materials. The project is expected to invest 5 billion yuan and have a planned total output value of 28 billion yuan. In the first phase, a degradable new material industrial park of about 500 mu will be built in Yancheng District. Based on the production of packaging bags and lunch boxes, new degradable materials for medical, packaging, logistics, and agricultural film will be developed and produced. Build the only degradable new material application research and development center and production base in Henan Province to provide project support for Luohe's industrial transformation and upgrading and green development.
Zhongke Qicheng's other projects in Henan
On January 4, 2022, the Xinxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Henan Province held the third phase of the "three batches" activity and the commencement ceremony of the project of Zhongke Xintou New Material Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 500,000 tons of PBAT biodegradable resin. Zhongke Xintou New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhongke Qicheng, in which Zhongke Qicheng holds 30% of the shares.
On December 28, 2021, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement for the joint construction of a biodegradable plastics industrial base by Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group, Zhongke Qicheng, and the Hebi Municipal People's Government was held in Zhengzhou. According to the content of the agreement, the three parties will invest 10 billion yuan in the Baoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, planning to build projects such as 400,000 tons/year 1,4-butanediol (BDO), 600,000 tons/year PBAT biodegradable resins, etc. The largest degradable plastic industry base.
On November 15, 2021, the Zhumadian Municipal Government and Zhongke Qicheng Company held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement on a BDO project with an annual output of 200,000 tons.
In August 2021, the annual production of 100,000 tons of PBAT biodegradable resin project of Zhongke Xintou New Material Technology Co., Ltd. in Yanjin County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province was announced. The total investment of the project is 600 million yuan (excluding land cost).
